Guided by expert local chefs, you’ll learn how to prepare handmade pasta crafted just the way our grandmothers taught us. You’ll also cook delicious fish dishes inspired by the rustic recipes of Southern Italy, using top-quality regional products.
Class Includes:
- Welcome prosecco cocktail
- Salt-and-pepper prawns
- First courses: Handmade pasta (gnocchi, ravioli, or scialatielli with clams and mussels)
- Main courses: Fish "Acqua Pazza" style or fish baked in salt
- Dessert: Coffee tiramisu
- Still or sparkling water and local wine (one bottle for two people)

Cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the class date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class date will result in the loss of the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the class.
